The recognition of a high technology enterprise is a comprehensive evaluation and recognition jointly made by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and Beijing Municipal Tax Service Bureau on the level of organization and management, research and development, transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements, core independent intellectual property rights, growth indicators and talent structure of the applicant. State Scientific and Technological Commission of The People's Republic of China will issue the Certificate of High Technology Enterprise upon approval.
